birds will compete in a four-race series of 150, 200, 300 and 400 miles.
$150 perch fee per bird, $600 perch fee for 5 birds, $1,000 for 10 birds, due upon birds without excuse.
$350 per bird entry fee due only after the 100-mile activation race.
