birds will compete in a four-race series of 150, 200, 300 and 400 miles. 

$50 perch fee (or $500 perch fee for 12 birds) due upon birds without excuse.

$350 per bird (including $50 perch fee and $300 entry fee) due only after the 100-mile activation race.
